 Road Sweaper

This vehicle, Road Sweeper, is suitable for sweeping various kinds of roads(e.g. roadway, expressway, wide parking lot, large-scale industrial area, runway of airport, etc). Manufactured as vacuum-suction type, it's capable of scavenging gravels, sands, empty bottles and cans,leaves of street trees piled on center and sides of roads.

All operation devices are mounted on the chassis of commercial truck and comprised of vacuum suction device driven by auxiliary engine and blower, sweeping device including roller and side brush, water spray device preventing from dispersion of dust, hydraulic device for rorating brushes, dumping container to discharge wastes and opening-closing door, control device set up in the driver's seat for operating all funtions.

There are RS05F(4㎥), RS085F(6㎥), RS16H(10㎥) road sweepers according to air volume capacity. Especially RS08R(6.8㎥) runway sweeper is for all over the airport range.
 

The auxiliary engine installed on upper body is to work a vacuum blower, a hydraulic pump and a water pump by using v-belts and to control all cleaning equipments. It has 3 - RPM control device which can be controlled to accelerate to suck a lot of particles, muds, sands and gravels on the road. It's usually used diesel engine made in Hyundai Motor Company.
 

A vacuum blower made of stainless steel impeller. Sweeping brushe and suction system are located in left and right side each of sweeper.As needed, it can be controlled independently and roller brush rotates automatically.
 

If aux. engine fail, it'sstill possible to dump using hydraulic pump in connected with transmission P.T.O of vehicle to repair. Also it's possible to dump to throw wastes away without starting aux. engine. The tipping angle of the superstruture is up to 50~60 degree to be emptied rapidly. Be used double acting hyd' dump cylinder.
 

Be used water tank made of stainless steel. Specially water control valve assembled with pneumatic cylinders is operated easily without trouble.
 

Clearly arranged control pannel. All controll switches are located on the control pannel in cabin. Sweeping superstructure which is installed on the commercial chassis is operated by using switches on the control pannel by drivers only for all funtion for job.
